Welcome to my web page. I am Narek Sahakyan, an astrophysicist and the director of ICRANet Armenia International Organization. My research focuses on topics in high-energy astrophysics with an emphasis on studying processes in various types of active galactic nuclei. This includes both theoretical modeling and the analysis and interpretation of data observed across the electromagnetic spectrum. To advance our understanding, I develop versatile tools for data analysis across all wavelengths and create numerical codes that incorporate a wide range of physical processes for robust model predictions. With the rise of multi-messenger astronomy, I am also investigating mechanisms behind joint photon and neutrino emissions from relativistic outflows, such as jets. Furthermore, I apply machine learning techniques to enhance data analysis and model efficiency in astrophysics, aiming to extract deeper insights from complex, large-scale datasets.
